Following the announcement of community quarantine protocols in Metro Manila, we have enacted strict COVID-19 protocols and an immediate work from home approach in consultation with our clients.
As the quarantine protocols change, our premium offshoring solutions have provided our clients with the flexibility and scalability to continue operating in today’s dynamic environment.
To keep our people engaged, we have strengthened our employee communications and engagement efforts. We also continue to work with our HMO provider to refine our employee mental health program and advocacy.

SO-Safe Campaign: Vaccinating our employees and their families.
We provide free access to Moderna vaccines for all employees and family members who want to take part in our vaccination program. We have also been conducting regular virtual webinars to help our people understand the benefits of being vaccinated.
Our goal of vaccinating all employees and family members registered in our program is a conscious effort to help the Philippines achieve community safety.
BPO Good Deed Day: Helping less fortunate communities affected by the pandemic.
As a business, we aim to help less fortunate Filipino communities suffering disproportionately due to the pandemic. In 2020, we have launched the ‘Be Part Of (BPO) Good Deed Day Challenge’, to inspire our employees, clients, and the Philippines BPO industry at large to engage in acts of kindness while ensuring health and safety protocols to help those affected by the COVID-19 crisis.
For this initiative, we gave all members of our internal team an allowance and a paid leave day to carry out acts of kindness for their community. To date, our team has helped 1,147 individuals from poverty-stricken communities via this initiative.

Together with our facility partners, our team continues to work tirelessly to ensure that our workspaces are regularly sanitised to medical grade standards. We are using procedures, such as UV lighting treatment and decontamination misting, across all sites to ensure that they are clean and safe for our people.
